Very cool pic. What is the cleat looking thing on the lower transom?

You know, this site is about tin boats. The outdoors and water kind of go along with boats. And the outdoors and water are good places for photography. It seems this particular forum would be more active than it is.

It's just a rubber bungee cord. The previous owner must have fastened it around his outboard motor.
