1436 on Cedar part 2

Maybe it’s my eyes but that framing doesn’t look like 2x4’s. Is it 1x6?

Well, my downward spiral started when I got a free garmin striker 4 fish finder from work for a safety award...I’ve never used a fish finder before so this is new territory. I got the carb rebuilt on my 9.9 and got it running good and ran the striker 4 to the bow. Bought a set of millennium seats to...

I guess my first major decision is wether to use aluminum or wood for the framing. I am MUCH more competent with wood than metal. Hey everyone...first off, this is going to be a long project so don't expect much! I've been reading and browsing to figure out the direction I want to go and figured I would start this thread so I can keep everything in one place. Now, a little history. My father in law has been my fishing partner ...

I lurked and searched for awhile but since I have a project boat now I figured I would sign up so I can ask direct questions and maybe even contribute some. Nice forum y'all have here with tons of information!

Great job! I just picked up the exact same boat and the plywood flooring in the bottom is rotten. I've been reading up and getting ready to do a deck and trying to picture the best way to do it with the live well. You've definitely helped me firm up some plans in my head!
