What's the current best bang for the buck on Fish Locators??

I relocated my regular fishing boat to my wife's home in Kentucky, and now I'm missing it and want something cheap for small lake/small river fishing here in IL/WI.. A friend offered a nice, older 12' aluminum (can't remember the brand) fishing boat in good shape.. It's on a decent trailer, and wear...

Photobucket is retarded

I like being able to have a single location for all my saved photos, and while you can download them here at Tinboats, most forums I'm on don't have that option..

:D

Photobucket is retarded

I've been a SmugMug user for quite a while, purely because of how terrible Photobucket is.. I'm sorry if this seems like spam, because I don't do the spam thing, but here's a link to save you 20% on SmugMug.. https://secure.smugmug.com/signup?Coupon=6gRK4G It's not free, but there's no adds or limits.

Any bikers out there?

Well, I did just pick this up.. An older Trek 730.. https://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h276/djpagel/Mobile%20Uploads/2017-03/2B4BACF3-9EC0-4667-89BF-8FCDEB853E5D.jpg But I'm not a biker.. I'm a motorcyclist who owns a bicycle.. My regular ride is a 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere, but I have 7 motorcycles ...

Insuring your boat

I come from an insurance family, so I have my boat insured.. It's an 87' MirroCraft with a 15hp Yamaha of similar age, and a homemade trailer.. I wanted insurance purely for liability which came to $75 a year from State Farm.. Oddly enough, they gave me replacement value full coverage with $100 dedu...

Need an opinion please

I've had one of those for years and it's always worked great!! I've had really good luck with the electronic gauges over the years. I tend to have several gauges because of multiple motorcycles and a car and truck. The nice thing is that it's kind of neat to compare them to see how close they are. T...

Tinboats 2016 BIGGEST LOSER Challange

Apparently those bluegills are a weight loss secret.. I kept 8 nice ones on Tuesday and had them for dinner on Wednesday night (and they were delicious).. This morning I weighed in at an even 222, which is 83.5 pounds lost since starting a smidge over a year and a half ago.. Thanks to everyone for t...

Setting your Digital alarm clock to 24 hour format.

I changed my cell phone over to 24 hour format a long time ago and it's going to remain that way, and purely for the reason you mentioned.. No need to worry about AM/PM, and it doesn't take long to not even think about what 17:47 means.. It means it's almost 6pm and I need to be fishing!! :D
