I’ve been smoking my own Boneless Turkey Breast on my smoker. Super simple, juicy, and tastes so good. No need to buy deli turkey ever again. I followed Malcom reeds Texas Turkey recipe.

My only issue is that I cant source those big turkey breasts, must be a Texas thing lol. :LOL2:

I did straight salt, pepper, and a pinch of granulated garlic. Set the smoker to 275.

I left them untouched for 2 hours, then I wrapped them in foil and 4 pats of butter until they reached 162°. Perfect each time!

Took roughly 3 hours, but will be more mindful of the times going forward even though I cook by temp.
