I'm thinking about upgrading my 15hp to a 25hp. My question is since I have a long shaft now with a jack plate would you buy another long shaft or go with a short and remove the jack plate? I'm leaning toward the Yamaha. When I do it I will list my Tohatsu 15hp 4 stroke for sale
