Question for board. What's the best way to fill in an old rivet hole? I have some on the floor so it can't leak and can't have something sticking up so you don't step on it.

Same as above but I'd drill it out to fit a solid rivet and then add a dab of 5200 and then buck the rivet. Or weld. Something that small shouldn't be that much $$ weld.

Ditto on the button head stainless bolt. If you are really dead set against a bolt and don't have a local welder that can take care of it, Loctite "fixmaster" aluminum putty works really well for patching small holes and is virtually indestructible if you put it on a clean surface.
