pusing in - water is your enemy when your're sitting half a foot in the ater... it's amazing how much pressure it will put on your boat.
Your boat is displacing the water out - the water is pushing back and there's a helluva lot more of it than you

CJ, make sure you properly support the sides! I thought about removing my center bench seat, called the manufacturer of my boat and was told it was unsafe and the bench was in it for a reason (Would they have told me different?) Anywho make sure you do it right, I've seen it done. Good luck.
