I think you would have to look into a gas motor if you want wireless.
I would go with a MK Powerdrive bow mount and build a bracket to mount it to your transom. It wouldn't take much and you could design it to either clamp or bolt onto the transom.
Its not wireless but there is a product called "procontroll". It goes for 100 bucks. It is a servo controlled bracket that mounts to you transom. You put you transom troller on it. It has a footpedal for procontroll, see how they did that lo. It could actually be a useful tool for some
