One of the admins on my fishing forum has one. Google 'Maker Space' to see if there is one in your area. That is where the 3D printer guys hang and educate others. He made me a really cool glow in the dark fish skeleton for a key ring. There was a second hand printer on my local Craigslist for CAN$250 that he recommended for a beginner.
It prints as a solid piece. Then you snap every rib section to make it articulated. About 2 1/2 inches long. I have a larger one hanging from my rear view mirror non-luminous.
I saw one displayed at Lowes one time and looked it over real close. It was made by Dremel. I would like to get one but they are too pricey for me right now.
