This is my girlfriend and I's favorite pizza to make. I think it is delicious, but I love just about any pizza there is, so try it and decide for yourself.

The dough:
This is the dough I typically make, the recipe is from https://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_7496,00.html

Quick Pizza Dough Recipe courtesy of Gourmet Magazine

2 to 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4-ounce package fast acting yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl whisk together 3/4 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and 2/3 cup hot water (130 dgrees F). Stir in the oil, 1 1/4 cups of the remaining flour, and the salt and blend the mixture until it forms a dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface, incorporating as much of the remaining 1/4 cup flour as necessary to prevent the dough from sticking, for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
Alternatively, the dough may be made in a food processor. In a food processor combine 3/4 cup of the flour, yeast, and sugar. With the motor running, add 2/3 cup hot water (130 degrees F), and turn the motor off. Add the oil, 1 1/4 cups of the remaining flour, and the salt and process the mixture until it forms a ball, adding more water, 1 teaspoon at a time, if it is too dry, or more flour, 1 tablespoon at time, if it is too wet. Knead the dough by processing it for 15 seconds.
The dough, prepared by either method, may be used immediately, but for better flavor it is best to let it rise once. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and turn it to coat it with the oil. Let the dough rise, covered with plastic wrap, in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until it is double in bulk, and punch it down. This dough may be used instead of the basic pizza dough.

You can also use store bought pizza dough mixes. The store bought mixes need to be spread onto a baking sheet and cooked for about 10 min at 375 to 400, before you put on the topping, the above recipe does not need to be pre cooked.

Pizza ingredients:
3-4 medium sized tomatoes (depends on size of pizza)
Fresh basil (a good handful)
grated mozzarella cheese
grated asiago cheese
grated pecorino cheese
prosciutto
dried oregano
salt and pepper

Directions:
Once pizza dough is made, spread it ouf on a baking sheet, I use a rectangle baking sheet or a silpad. Crust should be thin, I am no pro but I make it as thin as I can. Lightly brush olive oil onto entire crust.

Slice tomatoes to no more than 1/4" thick, thinner is better.
Slice or tear basil into small pieces.
Slice thin strips of prosciutto.

Lightly salt and pepper the crust, and sprinkle a small amount of oregano onto crust.

Place a single layer of tomatoes onto the entire crust, overlapping is fine as long as tomatoes are very thin.

Sprinkle basil over the tomatoes.

Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese, followed by the asiago and pecorino cheese (more asiago and pecorino than mozzarella)

Sprinkle a little more mozzarella cheese on top of the other cheeses to keep the dryer cheeses from burning.

Sprinkle prosciutto over entire pizza, and the remaining basil, if desired.

Grind a little more pepper over the entire pizza, and brush the crust ends with some more olive oil.

Throw it into the oven at 400 to 425 degrees for 10 to 15 mins and enjoy.

Next time I make it I'll take a picture.

Go light on a the mozzarella cheese its not supposed to be a oozing with stringy cheese, the other cheeses give a nice sharp bite.

Sorry I do not have more exact ingredient amounts I never pay attention to that stuff. I just put the cheese the pizza as I shred it from the block, so I have no idea.

i hope you like it
