For those of you who like a good potato soup, here's my wife's recipe for it: (great on these cold winter days)

Creamy Potato Soup

Potatoes (small) 6 to 8
(1) Stick butter or margarine
(2) 10 3/4 ounce cans Cream of Celery soup
(2) 10 3/4 ounce cans Cream of Mushroom soup
(1) onion- diced
(1) 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
2 cups of milk (estimated)

Peel and dice 6 to 8 small potatoes, boil until you can stick a fork in them easily.

Using a 2 quart pan, melt butter and add onion till soft.

Add cream cheese till melted.

Add soups and then potatoes, stir.

Add milk and heat slowly over medium low heat. Stir as it heats.

Finished consistency should be creamy. Add salt & pepper to taste if desired.

Enjoy! :)

There are only a few soups that I like that aren't cream soups. My wife on the other hand doesn't like cheese so this one would be out for her. More for me. :D
