Just thought I'd share this link with you gentlemen that bowfish these flying carps.

It's part 1 of a 3 or 4 part series from Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries. Instructions on how to clean and prepare the bighead carp. I was not sure if any of you have seen this before or have tried to clean/eat these carps but given the opportunity I would try it once.
Of course, being from South Louisiana, if you serve it up with gravy and rice it's always edible. :mrgreen:
