Where to find wire?

I have an idea for a lure that I want to try to make and I need to find the type of wire like they use on spinnerbaits and stuff like that. I'm thinking maybe some sort of stainless steel picture frame wire but thicker. The lure will be a crank/inline spinner hybrid and the wire will be running throughout the lure to make the eyelet, hook eyelets, and the wire to hold the spinner. I just need something that won't bend that easy but isn't super heavy... Oh and cheap too! :lol:

Welding supply store. Stainless TIG wire. Come in 3' lengths, in .035, .045, and .063.
