I love cooking outdoors and usually cook on my smokers/grills at least once a week. I do everything from brisket to squash, pizza to frog legs, snack food to whole turkeys. Here are a few pics.

WOW! Thanks for posting! Whats wrapped in the Bacon?

Those are called Fatties. They are a chub of breakfast sausage cooked on a smoker. I roll mine out flat and cover with cheese then roll them back up and wrap in bacon. This forms a spiral of cheese inside the meat. It is a snack food. At room temp, slice and eat with crackers. Also they are good sliced and put inside a biscuit for breakfast. The one pictured is blue cheese.
