Re: 16' - 1978 Starcraft Supersport

I am in the process of selling my 16' 1978 Starcraft Supersport with a 1988 Johnson 88 SPL (88 HP). I am asking $1350 for boat, motor and trailer. I have owned the boat for 24 years. The motor has always performed like a champion. It has been sitting now for several years and needs to by serviced. Does anyone have any idea what these motors go for? I would service it and get it running but because of Covid, boats mechanics are backed up for months. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you

Last August I sold a project 1985 16 foot Crestliner, 1989 Johnson 48 SPL and trailer for $1200 Canadian dollars. The boat needed a windshield and a complete interior. The boat had been stripped to bare plywood floors. The motor ran awesome. The trailer needed lights.
