Looks like it might work OK, but it's going to struggle on truck tires if you need to add any meaningful amount of air. Definitely won't be airing down all 4 corners for off-roading and expect to air back up with this.

Kind of handy looking for bicycle and small balls/toys though.
 
Warning - might be some harrumphing and even a little grouchiness included in the following: . :)

I am skeptical that this would work as claimed on truck or RV tires or that it would last very long (keep in mind the size of the compressor pump in these little units and the volume of the tire). Instead, get a 12V plug in inflator. For footballs, basketballs, bicycle tires, use a hand pump. Because my truck has an inverter and my trailer has a generator, I have a 120V portable tire inflator.

I think if I wanted a battery operated tire inflator (which I don't), I would go with one of the mainstream tool manufacturers (like Makita).

OK, end of harrumphing.

PS: If I'm not there, Mrs Dubs has AAA roadside assistance as a backup! Lol.
