Quick release seat mounts on coolers?

Redoing the floor and removing a seldom used pedestal seat in the bow. Was thinking about putting that seat on top of a HD rigid cooler so it could be removed easily or put back in when a fishing partner needs a seat.
Issue is I’m a saltwater guy and most of the QRs for swivel seats I see are steel, not composite or aluminum. It’s a pretty safe bet that if it can rust it will and the QR won’t last the season.
No, I don’t trust myself to clean and grease it properly after ever trip.
So I guess question is do they make an aluminum or stainless QR?
If not I guess I’ll just through bolt and it’ll be permanent.

Edit: Looks like that one is discontinued which stinks. But there's probably a similar model available somewhere.
