Finally got on the lake this morning. Been a rough year. The wife had surgery in March and it’s been a lengthy recovery. I got t-boned while driving her CRV and broke some ribs. Not a fun time for either of us.

Anyway the morning was beautiful, we are both feeling good and brought home 20 nice bluegills.

12th season for the tin. We have caught a lot of fish out of it.

Well, you definitely broke the ice -- awesome trip and pics too. I was sorry to read about what you guys had to go through earlier in the year. Happy to see that everyone is doing well now.

Do you filet those bluegill?
