Thanks!! that's about $7500 in materials, I did all the labor. well except for the countertop, the price you pay for them includes installation. If I had to pay someone to of done the work, would have cost about $25,000.

I spent all day today building a new front porch railing. The old one literally fell apart it was so old and dry rotted. I'm about 95% done with it.

thank you all for the comps. I grouted the tile yesterday, fixing to upload a few more pics.

I am almost 48, I started @ 14 yrs old doing foundation work, moved to framing houses and then apartment maintenance and doing remodel/painting work. I've done major plumbing and electrical work also. after that I built motor yachts, and have been working on and rebuilding RV's for the last 20 odd years. (look in some of my other albums on my photobucket.) this was a major project, but none of it was that hard. it just took alot of time. before I started I told the wife to be prepared for about 8 weeks of having her kitchen in one construction phase or another.

As far as the honeydo's? lmao ... she's planning the bathroom remodel as I type this...lol
