Looking to plan a three day hike/fishing trip. My idea is to hike for the day, make camp fish all the second day and hike back the third. I have moderate experience and can cover fairly good ground in a day. So I'm lookin for some new areas to try - any suggestions ?

Appalachian trail..... :D I know it'd be longer than a 3 day trip, but around here, it passes several good trout streams and the New River.
