Yes there are foam blocks under each seat...the blocks of foam in those boxes only fills half those boxes though

Thank you, basically from what I'm seeing, a cutting board material is what many use so I'll go grab one tomorrow along with some new stainless bolts, washers, and lock nuts. Will silicone work to seal it the boat and around bolts?
