You did great finding that boat at that price. Most people where I live post a boat of that size and type in the $2,500 and up range! What's nice about your boat is you have options to do whatever you want and it look OEM from the dealer. Good luck!

This is the best solution for mounting a transducer https://www.sternsaver.com. I have it on my Build for underwater lights and fish finder. There are other and cheaper versions you can google that work great.

Curious why your using the slide framing for the console? Also what are you using attaching the framing together?

Here is what I did with the live well.

Back of the boat Build. Put some really cool underwater lights on it.

Painted the deck with outdoor patio paint mixed with sand. Everything you need is at Lowes.

Front deck and trolling motor mount I made from 1/4 aluminum. It's made from welded plate.
