Hey guys, Well the 20hp Tohatsu ended up being a dud, the guy selling the motor ended up not having the title in his own name, which for me is an automatic no. I've gone back to looking at the new Yamaha 25hp motor and am going to buy it soon.

Is there any particular reason to buy Yamaha over Mercury? I don't have a problem with either company, but I was wondering if/why you prefer a Yamaha over a Mercury motor.
