You can look for similiar sized newer boats. The Lund 1400 Fury has a max HP of 30. If that boat has no wooden floor then its probably 25hp like the Lund WC14.

If the white base is not broken and you can find a pump that the base fit on and reuse the white base. My hose barb on my pump was broke but I just found a replacement pump and used the same through hull base. This base is different so I don't know how the black piece is attached to the white base.
