I did mine using stencils from Red Leg and just the Krylon rattle cans. It's been heavily used for a year now and is still in good shape. Pretty inexpensive and easy, just time consuming.
@jigngrub - I was skeptical about the tiller extension at first since they say it was only rated for a 15hp, but it works great. I did have to replace the foam grip with a rubber bike grip, but other than that no problems.

Not bad for a rattle can job. I know it will have to be redone in a couple years or less, but it's a pretty easy thing to touch up with the right stencils. Time to mount the motor and trolling motor and take it for a spin!
