I have a late 70s or early 80's johnson 28 hp special the starter will not come up to engage. Im thinking i just grew to week and was wondering how or if i can just change the brushes? I am do not know but about outboards b ut can usually tell what im looking at. please let me know thanks.

Yeah im putting it on a trailer. I want to mount it to the back but i dont wanna knock any more holes in the boat. I got a 100$ bass pro finder. I wounlder how tough the transducer is gonna be, i fish alot of rivers.

make sure your cover is the right size for your boat and strap it tight

I was trying to find the best way to run the wires and mount the transducer off my fish finder. I tried to use the search to answer my question but since i learn by sight it was no help. please send links to how yall mounted your. I have a 10 foot jon boat all alluminum.......Thanks

I mainly fish rivers and i didnt put a deck simply made the floor smooth with light weight plastic. Dont know the specs on my boat its old, no plates.
