I've looked at your post from before and I am very interested in Happy Day lodge. I've looked at their website numerous times and it looks like a pretty sweet place. It won't be this summer, but hopefully me and my boy will be there next summer.
You'll love that powerdrive. I bought one 3 or 4 years ago and after I bought it I wasn't sure if I should have spent the money on it. I could have bought a transom mount and spun the head around for abut half the price. But after using it for a couple of years, its the cats ***! Its sweet...
Have you ever fished the muskegon river? Have been wanting to fish it but wasn't sure how deep it was. Hopefully next summer with my daughter. Nice job on the boat.
First off, this is one of the sweetest, cleanest builds on here. Nothing fancy but everything is extremely functional and that's the name of the game. I love to see that you get your kids involved in fishing too, that's awesome. Ok now, where'd you get those dry bags and screw on covers? Those...
I also used the D rings for my cooler/livewell with a couple of 12 inch bungee cords and they work great. My new boat will have recessed rings in the floor so there will definitely not be a trip hazzard. I'm 330 lbs and not very graceful!
First off nice job on everything! A couple of questions. Where did you find the over sized cup holders, one that size that can hold a can in a coozie is nice. And B, where did you get the fiberglass poles for the anchors?
DUDE! All I can say is awesome! =D> =D> =D> What are the little stips of metal that you used to trim out the edges of the front and back decks? I like those. I would like to get those for mine when I'm in the home stretch.
Sweet looking boat! =D> How do you like the hydro turf? What size is it sold and how much did it take to do your boat and approx how much was it to do your boat?
