I have looked at so many builds I am dizzy. I have a 14' Lund and want everything that I have read about,decks,bilge,live wells. Where to begin?

In Ohio no title for a 14' plus boat is a pain. Track down previous owners(state will give you a list) and send each a certified letter,blah,blah,blah until you give up!
