Some good weather today so I figured I'd take some pictures .
Transom is 2 3/4 inch marine grade ply glued and screwed . I have some Epoxy coming in soon that I will be hitting the boat and transom with .
Letter's were kinda a B to get off till I used some Jasco . Just let it sit till it...

Sadly it's still pretty darn cold here in the northeast . That being said here is a quick update on the boat .
I stripped down the trailer . I had to replace the leaf springs , coupler , winch , tires , and had to be re-wired .
