I paid 200 bucks and at this point I have put a cap and rotor a rectifier and fuel lines. It started and runs smooth. The impeller was shot so I bypassed it but it put some water in the oil.the main seal leaks a little as well . I think the baffle plate in the exhaust,intake ,heat exchanger is...

I got the motor running,150 mercruiser ,it purred like a kitten. It has fwd and reverse, impeller is shot, the hydraulics leak,and water got in the oil when I bypassed the water pump maybe that was a bad idea. The floor and dash need replacing .

I think its worth my time .I can already smell the bbq cooking the catch
