I want to mount a small gas kicker outboard to the back of my boat. As you can see I have very little space due to the flotation pods. Any Ideas on how this could be done?

Is it just me or does that picture look like it sits rather funny in the water? The back looks real low and the front 1/3 of the boat is out of the water. Almost like it's off plane but the boat isn't moving. Shallow water boats should sit relatively flat so the *** end doesn't hit bottom...

GoPro's and Jet-boats do go well together. That's a good idea with that super long pole. I've watch a lot of jet-boat videos and that's the first one I've ever seen like that. I'd like to see if something similar could be done with a kite, which is another version of a red neck drone.

I got the same boat with same motor. Only configured quite a bit differently. That's the cool thing about SeaArk, every boat can be customized to the nth degree. Mine's probably heavier than yours and I can do 30mph with 4 people, tracked on GPS. Mine is currently frozen to the trailer on...

When my aluminum impeller wears out I will be replacing it with a stainless one. They do cost more but they are vastly superior in the wear department. The increased strength of stainless over aluminum allows the blades to be thinner too. The Yamaha 150/110's come stock with stainless.

I think the Starcraft Freedom 180 can be had with the floor all 1 level.

The previous posters are correct. Jet boats are for going into the shallows and running over water hazards without damaging your motor/lower unit. The covered prop thing is actually in use already. The U.S. military actually buys outboards from Evinrude with a encased prop for use on Zodiac...

I love the thing. When I bought it, the head mechanic at the marina said, "I hope you know you bought yourself a tank." I said, "Good, I have a tendency to run stuff over a lot."

The center windows on each side have upside down smilies with screens for ventilation. I'm not too worried about the gas mileage. For some reason, putting gas in a boat is a lot less painful than into a truck or SUV.

I'd say flat for the same reasons as everyone else, plus you get your boat about 1-1/2" closer to the water when launching in shallow water.

Yeah, it's a 115/80. I tried to get the 150/105 put on there but SeaArk absolutely refused. Kinda hard to believe, the boat is 20' long and 8' wide after all.

I just looked on there and found 9x33" for $4.99 with free shipping and it's CLEAR. I'm gonna pull the trigger.
