    DEL. walleye

I don't know why my last 2 post came out looking like this. I can't figure out how to delete it.

    DEL. walleye

Time to hit the river before the ice gets here. The past few days have been very productive. Walleye have been eager to hit artificials. The bite has been holding through out the entire day, the smallie bite is just about done here but you can still pop one out once in a while. Here are some...

    Curado

It's definetly an older model I have a bunch of them. I don't think they made 7:1 ratio in the older models. I could be wrong though. I know there is a 6:1 and a 5:1. Make sure you it's not a 5:1 unless you don't mind building up a good sweat reeling like a madman. It's a good reel you find them...

    1st real project boat

Well This was the project from hell. Never got the steering quite righteven after several fabrications. It just didn't turn with ease. Then after I got it together the trottle didn't work on the motor. So I figured forget about the steering, go with a tiller engine. I thought since I will be...

    My new project - 2-1

I would try the fiberglass resin. Some guys call it Lion hair or kitty hair. Some kind of hair. First get a piece of wood and put it behind the hole and tap the other side with hammer to flatten the aluminum out. Then sand around the hole, just to rough up the area around the damage so resin...

    My new project - 2-1

I had a boat that I ended up putting a few holes in, one was more like a gash about 1 1/2" wide by 3" long. A lake I fish has sharp rusty submerged sign post. Like the ones for stop signs. I got cut my aluminum hull on it. I used a 2 part fiberglass resin to fill the holes and it worked fine...

    Cold Windy Flurries FISH!

Thanks.. Been out a few more times since then, Not the same numbers but good fishing still. 2 nights ago took nothing but a flyrod and landed 5 bass 1 around 3.5lb +. All came of a top water plug. Tonight they were back on the clouser. Anyone close to Pike county want to give this lake a shot...

    Cold Windy Flurries FISH!

Got out on Tuesday with a load of bad conditions so I thought. Landed huge numbers of fish, over 30 from 2:30-7:00. Mostly LMB and Crappie. All the Crappie and most of the Bass come off the fly rod using the clouser minnow. Several Crappie were very fat and plus or minus 12 inches. Switched to...

Opening Day of Trout for SE Pennsylvania

I forgot does the trout truck play the Good Humor or the Mr. Softee song to get everyone to run to the same spot?

    My new project - 2-1

Finding a transducer should be fun. May have to go right to humminbird. The same unit came with the project boat I picked up, I'm curious as to how it is too. If I replace it then here's your transducer. Looking forward to more to see more pics.
