It stops about 1/2" above the floor. Looking at the picture of the drain hole, I'd be willing to bet a significant sum that the current transom is a replacement. The cut out for the drain hole does not line up well with the hole.

I'm having the similar issues on an iPhone 13. Typing is significantly delayed, there is a pop-up that hangs out next to the file attachment button, and the page will randomly refresh in the middle of typing. No issues on desktop either.
