If you’ve done your homework and know it’s a good price go for it. Maybe try to get a friend that knows something about boats to take a look at it before you plunk down the cash.

Right there with ya. Wood heat is the best. Have all my own timber on the property to keep me in heat during the winter. Can walk out my back door and hunt to put venison in the freezer. Living in the sticks has a few drawbacks but the trade off is more than worth it.

That’s a damn site better than a Tacoma I had. That Toyota would get stuck on any slight grade if there was more than 3 inches of snow. That’s with 4WD. Ive owned dozens of vehicles and that Toyota was the only one I can say I hated.

I normally have 6 with me. I fish artificial only, no bait. All rods are rigged with a few different rigs and ready to go. Once I hit on a pattern I’m mostly using one or two.
