Be careful. A guy on another forum did a test using pool noodles & they didn't have much floatation when it came to keeping a swamped boat floating. Most people I've come into contact with us the blue &/or pink sheet foam from the big box stores.

Looks good so far. Make sure you leave room for your trolling motor. It can get crowded on that deck real quick.

Nice job. You've got a ton of room on that deck. That pedal will slide forwa frontrd to give you more room. I did mine like you did putting the seat at the back of the deck. When I redo my boat this winter I plan on moving the seat to the front of the deck so I can install a recessed pedal tray...
