Battery Powered Drill. I'm Retired from the Trades, but still use it frequently. Current one is a Milwaukee, Favorite has to be a Makita, I wore out more than one of those.

Great Video! I do it the same except cutting it at the Tail. When I get to the Tail I simply lay the Filet over the tail and remove the Skin while holding the Carcass. I use the same method on all the Pan Fish.
I have a 79 4.4, with a 25 HP Mercury. Mine is a Tiller, not the Side Console. Info on Google is all I've come up with. It's a Very Well Constructed Boat, Built like a WWII Fighter Plane!
#1 In Indiana a Boat Valued under $1000 or under $3000 New has no title. Go to the DMV, tell them the boat was on Grandpa's Pond for the last 30 years. You need to register it now to take it Fishing on the States Waterways. ←←← This Works! (Don't ask how I know)
If you left Ethanol Fuel in the Carb it needs Cleaned Out at the least. The ethanol attracts the Water and turns it to Goo inside the carb. If my Outboard is going to set for than 2 Weeks I always run it out of Fuel prior to setting. Add StarTron or Stabil 360 to help alleviate this problem.
Here's an article about the Motors;

Still nothing about Batteries or Range.
The Electric Harley LiveWire is nearly All Batteries and only has a 100 mile range. Oh, forgot the Harley is 30 GRAND!
I deal only in Cash. In the last 5 years I've sold 2 Motorcycles. The first was $22,000, the Second $9,800. Both were Ca$h deals. I saved $400 on my current Bike buying with Ca$h. My Boat was a Ca$h deal as well.
