Great idea! Wife bought a small potted tree this year. She did this so I would have a reason to dig yet another hole in our yard!

If I was buying one today in the price range you have set it would be the Humminbird 859ci HD GPS/Sonar Combo . I've never owned a Garmin or Lowrance so I really can not give a good real life opinion on them...

I am blessed. I have so much in my life to be thankful for it would take hours of typing to list it all. So I will just say that I am thankful that my Children and Grandchildren have arrived safe and we can spend the day together. Happy Thanksgiving TinBoats!

I should have added that I have also owned 2 Lowe's. They are about equal with Tracker IMO.

I owned at 1997 V16 Super Guide. IMO Tracker boats are solid. Paint, trim fit and carpet back then were not as good as other brands, but the boat it's self was fine. It is doubtful that I will ever buy another Tracker, but I do not discourage others from doing so. The #1 reason I would not buy...
