Always a good reminder, thanks.....I use a UV long sleeve fishing shirt, it is nice and cool and breathable....also a neck gaitor with a hat.....my father had skin cancer, so I saw it at a younger age and didn't want to go through that.....:)

If hair dryer works but takes a while, may try a heat gun. Produces more heat than a hair dryer. Not sure about the fumes from the decal being heated though.

What Johnny says, call your DMV and ask....:) If the person wants to sell it bad enough, he can get the title, if it is indeed a legally gotten boat. Plenty of boats out there for sale that have everything. Don't buy into someone elses nightmare....:)

I have a 1992 Basstracker Pro 17 that one day I will be doing this for. I am the second owner, previous owner took great care of it, so it will be a while....:)
