    ‘66 9.5 Johnson Starter Rewind

I have found that some younger people, like my nephew, will just grab the starter handle and give it a mighty pull. Drives me nuts! He broke the recoil starter on my lawn mower doing that. I have found that the correct way to do it is to pull slowly until you feel the dogs catch and you can feel...

[ like me ] Now I already have a 1955 Evinrude 15 hp that is on my boat but I can't help myself from looking at more oldies. Hot Sun, Swollen Fuel tank

I have a new Scepter 6 gal. fuel tank . And like many other users, mine will also swell up in the hot Florida sun. Now if i covered the tank with a hood made out of styrofoam when its in the boat, do you think it would stay cooler and not swell?

    Fuel Hose Connector Leaking Gas

That's a strange, to me, set up you have. All my tanks have had a barbed fitting on the tank that the hose is connected to with the Evinrude engine fitting on the other end.

    New EPA fuel tanks

Is that at the freshwater hall of fame? The one with the big muskie? Many years ago I donated a 1940's twin cylinder Neptune to them. Tomahawk is a great area. Loved fishing the Flambeau flowage.

    New EPA fuel tanks

And getting such an imformative answer from you is really appreciated. I guess I fell victim to the "Boat Ramp Experts'. That won't happen again. However, is it possible to convert a two hose tank to single line operation? I had a steel tank but for some reason, it absorbed humidity from the...
