Thanks Bob! Do you have any pics of your new boat. Here's a pic of the stand I just built. Does anyone know the best way to winterize an old outboard? I bought some marine fuel stabilizer. Not sure if I should run it and leave some fuel in the engine or run it dry.

I might redo the paint bc it's starting to peel in several areas after having it the lake for the season. Future plans are to take off the steering wheel bc it doesn't work with my 1980 7.5 Evinrude. Maybe adding storage, fish finder, replacing original seats with new wood. Looking for any...
