    Mercury 9.9 2 stroke

    Hey all, my motor is a 1999. not sure what the issue is, it will fire right up and run smooth but it will not consistently shoot water out. it will begin to bog down then it will send out water and sound great. Keeps doing it. Sounds like it is choking itself out but never stalls. Any thoughts?
