I loosened the tension screw and it still did not move. The friction bushing looks work out, some of it rubbed off into the metal cover and shaft. I am going to try and sand the plastic off the metal parts. put it back together and see how it goes.

I have an older Seaking motor PN: 7wb27903a SN: 76x14066 I cannot move the motor left or right. It seems like it is sized up. Where can I find a manual to rebuild the motor or what can I try to turn it?
