    My main concern at this point is doing the math on the feasibility of adding level flotation when refiting the interior. PDF: COMDTPUB P16761.3B I will likely post in the boathouse once I have the measurements. The ribs are glued and riveted to the floor with no way for water to go but over.

    Motor sn (this is as best as I can tell at the moment) 25526-01005 I would love to know the year. There is a control box outside of the engine.

    I confirmed via hull id that it is a 1963. I need to clean off the engine serial number and look that up when I get a chance. I am pretty sure I found it on the bow side of the engine mount.
