Mercury 7.5 part number 61007 retainer clip.. Any sources that are not priced ridiculously high? Substitution perhaps?

Hi All, just putting an old mercury 7.5 from late 70's back in service. The reverse rod lock retainer is missing. Part appears obsolete and all I have found are some outrageous priced ones on ebay. Anybody have a source or spare kicking around? Mercury Part number is 61007...
