she runs awsome no issues there but after like 1/4 to 1/2 throttle in forward it revs and freewheels out of geare like going in neutral? then when i back down the throttle it reengages in forward gear and runs fine under 1/2 oe 1/4 throttle any help? im thinking maybe need to reshim the pinion...

so i bought one of these fishfinders humminbird 788ci hd di instead of the others i posted could not justify half double the money but i bought the hot maps platnium but do not think is works with this model humminbird??? looked on all the sites and only cabelas says it works w 800 and above...

so when i pulled off the main and bow decking (wood) there was foam panels between the ribs??? it was soaked and heavy as heck holding water? is this for floatation if the boat sinks or is it for noise? or to absorb bildge water that leaks or splashes on floor or from rain? plz advise thanks
