    License questions

I say that page and called about the Patrol about that when I was looking for a Jon Boat. After spending MORE THAN A MINUTE being transferred around I talked to an officer and then an Inspector. The inspector said that is not as easy as it sounds. The inspector said you still need proof of...

    License questions

Live in MO and been though this. If your boat is solely powered by oars it need not be titled. If it is shorter than 12 feet it need not be titled. If it is only going to be on a private pond it need not be titled. I spent allot of time on the phone trying to figure it out. According to the...

Anyone for fishing/camping at Kentucky Lake?

Land Between the Lakes is a great area. When I was stationed at the 101st I would go there often, mostly for off-roading. I did fish it a little. Never took it to serious. I had a rubber boat at the time and my buddy adn I would tie it off to a tree with a long rope and just drift. When...

    Battery Question

From my understanding you want to look for reserve time. CCA won’t matter on an electric motor. The more reserve capacity you have the longer you will be able to run your motor between charges.

Post a Pic of your boat!

A couple of weeks ago I got this 1963 1436 polar with trailer. I paid $375.00 for both. I added a 55lb motor. I have had it out a couple times, so far so good.

    Battery Charger Woes

One of the chargers I have is at least 20 years old form Sears, still works great. Another I have was form Orielys (I think) and it is about 7-8 years old, still works great. I wouldn't buy one form Wal-Mart.

    off-roading

You need to get to Calico if you like rocks. The hammers are also out that way. Not all the trails are insane, they are so more "mild" ones. This is a video of the gate keeper (that is where I am at in the pic). I have made it up but never tried going down...

    battery placement?

I got it all wired up. I didn't use a disconnect, and I still need a fuse/circuit breaker. I will start by placing the battery towards the front and work back from there. Thanks for the help.

    any fishkeepers?

I had a 160 tank with live plants and discus. It was beautiful. I enlisted in the Army and it was just too hard to move. I have a 60 gallon with goldfish and a blue gill I caught out of the river. The blue gill has been alive almost a year now. I also have a pond with at least a dozen gold...
