    1989 Hewescraft King Runner Rebuild

Just to keep out wind and rain. I have thought about possibly making one out of vinyl that has a zipper down the middle.

    1989 Hewescraft King Runner Rebuild

Finally have her up and running, and got her in the water over the weekend. Worked pretty well with the 35 prop, so we will be looking into a 60/40 Jet of some type in the future. Only a few small items left to do (Front speakers, battery shutoff, etc.). It's our first boat, so any and all...

ANybody ever seen/heard of one of these?

I guess it wouldn't be a problem. There are ribs every 8 inches under it, and it will be covered with vinyl, so kerfs wouldn't show. It isn't much of a bend though. Maybe a couple of degrees. How rigid is marine ply? Can you horse slight bends into it? couple of degrees over a couple of feet?

ANybody ever seen/heard of one of these?

I found some basic info about the boat, but nothing I other than what was on the brochure cover. I looked at a 21 foot River runner last year, but that is just a lot of boat for our purposes. We bought this one down in Palmer/Wasilla. Has a 35 prop, so I am guessing they used to use it on the...

ANybody ever seen/heard of one of these?

I have searched the internet via pictures and websites, and can find virtually no information on this boat. I got a hold of the manufacturer, and all they could help me with is the original brochure page from the late 80's. Has anybody ever heard of these boats or seen one? It is a 1989...

Post a Pic of your boat!

FINALLY got one. :-) Can't find any info on it short of the original brochure though (provided by the folks at hewescraft).

New guy with a couple quick questions.

Thanks a ton. Went and looked at one last night here locally, but the floor was about a foot to narrow to carry a 4 wheeler. Hopefully I will be able to go down and pick up the Ryan Craft tonight. :-) Thanks again, Seth

New guy with a couple quick questions.

I have been looking at a couple of boats around here, and am checking out a Monark 20' boat tonight. I also have an old 20' RyanCraft aluminum flat bottom that I may take. Whichever one I end up with, It will be set up as a shallow water jet boat for river running. My main question would be...
