    Not over the 10 ft or so you are going to use but remember quality fuel line is always better then cheap fuel line . Run it in light conduit and get a good inline fuel filter in a metal housing and you are good to go .

    A fuel tank of 5 gallons or less will not have much of a "slosh" factor so that won't be a problem . I would run the fuel line in a 3/4" - 1" metal conduit from the front to the back above the water line . Make sure you have good seperation between the battery and the fuel tank .

    I can't think of a worst product to put on your boat then bedliner coating except black bedliner coating . Many of the bedliner coatings are very abrasive and down right painful when bare arms and legs are rubbed against the sides of a small boat . All bedliner coatings fade quickly when exposed...

    Welded vs. Riveted

    I have two 1448's one is welded and one is riveted . I will never sell the welded one and probaly pass it on to someone in the family . The riveted one is just another boat .

    If i can hitchhike on this thread if you have a boat someone has siliconed that you are going to rebuck , whats the best way to remove the silicone since a scraper will make a mess of the hull and a wire brush really wont cut it ?
