I posted some pics I hope everyone can see em. I had to extend the tongue a few feet to be able to get the boat on all the way...I still have to adjust the rollers and maybe the bunks too so it'll sit right...then Im gonna start the tear down. The transom is rotten and I'm sure some floatation...

First time posting but been reading alot on this site...been having this boat for a few years and it was given to me by a friend who didn't wanna mess with it. Needs alot of work as u can tell but I'm looking forward to it. Just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to talking to u guys...
