The lake I fish on rents boats and I was thinking it would be cool if I can make a deck I can take with me. I planned on some type of J-hooks to latch on the bottom of the seat and a pedestal or something to support the weight in the front.

I picked up a Panasonic Lumix for about $180. What sold me was that it was waterproof. I wanted something we could take anywhere with the kids and not have to worry about it getting wet. It easily fits in my pocket &takes great pictures.

Sad story. I've actually been looking for something for me & the kids that will allow us to cast. BPS has some on sale for under $20 where the top is mesh with a neoprene collar.

Nice job & I like the folding stadium seats. Those are a lot lighter and easier to transport than the folding boat seats with the swivel bases.

I agree leave it as is. Even if you only got one or two seasons with it it's still better than stripping it now and spending more time out of the water.

Being a forum Junkie I hear what you are saying fishingmich. There are times though where I see someone with a low post count post and get 300 views and no one comments. When I see situations like that I try to post even if I can't offer anything related to the post just to bump it to the top...

Thanks guys. The app I used was Photo Studio and it took all of about 2 minutes to make. I don't like to get to crazy with apps and processing pic's. This came about because we redid our family room and my wife wanted to buy art to put up. I figured why not put up my art.
